Spray

We started using spray concrete back in the seventies whilst producing climbing walls. Over the last 30 years we have researched all kinds of methods and techniques using this medium.

Spray concrete leads itself well to organic shapes and blended components within a park, as in essence, any shape can be sprayed. Some structures do require engineering calculations to prove the structural integrity of the design.

The hand finishing (shaping) of a sprayed park is of upmost importance as if is this performed poorly it can greatly diminish the ride quality.

We have been producing sprayed parks since Bendcrete Skate Parks began in 1996 and have built and designed many sprayed facilities throughout the UK.
